Training Institute Refund Policy
We at MHAI Stanley W. DeKemper Training Institute understand that life may not always go as planned. In the instance a registered education participant is unable to attend an educational event they have registered for, we offer the following refund policy:
When the request for a refund of fees is received at least 72 hours prior to the training date:
The total purchase price for the registration in question will be refunded, minus any services charges incurred by the education registration software, and be issued to the method of purchase. This refund may take up to 30 days to process, once submitted.
When the request for a refund of fees is received less than 72 hours of the training date:
A Training Institute credit, good for six months and eligible for Training Institute educational events only, will be issued when the request for a refund is received less than 72 hours of the training date. This credit will be for the total registration price purchased, minus any service charges incurred by the education registration software.
When there is no request for a refund prior to the start of training/No shows:
It is the responsibility of the training registrant to notify the Training Institute and initiate any requests for credits or refunds prior to the start of the training. The Training Institute does not accept any responsibility related to offering refunds or credits without prior written notification from the training registrant.
Request for refund or credit should be submitted via e-mail to education@mhai.net . Phone or verbal request for refund or credits will not be accepted.
