Some Frequently Asked Questions Include:

Question: I have not received my training certificate.
Answer: Please allow up to three (3) business days after training completion (day after training is first business day) prior to contacting us. We use an automated certificate issuing software, Accredible to send all training certificates to the e-mail address used during the training registration process. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder prior to contacting us regarding a missing certificate. We encourage you to ALWAYS use a personal email address when registering for courses versus a company email to limit the amount of our emails that are sent to the junk/spam folder of your email.

Question: Do the Training Institute courses provide CEU?
Answer: All MHAI Stanley W. DeKemper Training Institute courses provide continuing education units (CEU) for all who complete the courses. CEU’s are provided pursuant to Indiana Administrative Code 839IAC 1-6-2(F)(86).

Question: I cannot find my certificate from a training I completed. How do I get a duplicate?
Answer: If your training certificate was issued through Accredible, you can log into your Accredible account and your certificates will be saved there. If you have uploaded the certificate into an ICAADA credential application, your certificate will be saved in the ‘digital wallet’ at the top of your Certemy account. If you did not find the certificate in one of these options, please provide us as many details possible for the course such as course title, date of training (if not the date, year, month, season, or something to assist us), name you registered under and any other applicable information to assist s with finding the course. You may be able to find many of these details in your Eventbrite that was created when you registered for the course. 

Question: I cannot find the course I am looking for! When will it be held again?
Answer: We are regularly adding new courses to our calendar. The best method to stay up to date on new courses opened for registration is to ‘follow’ us on social media and Eventbrite to ensure you are notified when new courses are opened for registration. While we enjoy hearing from you, if you ask when a specific course is going to happen (when its not on our ‘Training Calendar’) we recommend you use the methods mentioned to stay up to date.
